Led a four-engineer mobile team across iMumz's HealthTech suite: 1M+ Android downloads, 60K+ MAU and 15K+ DAU. Owned modular mobile architecture, Server-Driven UI, a new fertility product and a doctor-consultation platform.
- Led architecture reviews, technical planning, execution and code quality for four mobile engineers; conducted 250+ PR reviews and mentored two engineers
- Reduced production crashes ~67% through Crashlytics-driven root-cause analysis, lifecycle fixes, defensive state handling, error-path improvements and observability
- Improved onboarding completion ~43% through personalized journeys, analytics funnels and A/B testing based on user goals, device characteristics and city tier
- Built a cross-platform fertility app from concept to production in 3–4 months, serving 2,500+ couples with nutrition planning, medication tracking, doctor consultations, appointment booking, and yoga monitoring

Built FinTech onboarding and KYC workflows for enterprise banking clients including Emirates and HDFC. A configuration-driven Flutter layer served 6+ countries, with native Android/Kotlin integrations for document capture, identity verification and biometrics.
- Designed a config-driven KYC routing engine on a unified JSON schema spanning 6+ countries, cutting new-country onboarding effort ~70% by eliminating hardcoded country-specific logic
- Developed 3+ native Android modules in Kotlin (MVVM, Coroutines, Jetpack), bridging Flutter to multiple KYC SDKs via MethodChannels/EventChannels for document capture and biometric verification
- Led Flutter architecture with BLoC, AutoRoute, Retrofit, and Clean Architecture to 85% unit and 60% widget coverage — a 97% first-attempt verification success rate and sharply fewer production regressions
- Co-designed scalable REST APIs enabling configurable identity verification across 6+ country-specific workflows while meeting each region's compliance requirements

Built mobile experiences for Bijak Mandi, supporting a platform with 500K+ Android downloads, 100K+ verified traders and a 4.1+ rating. Shipped Agent and Broker apps from 0→1 and marketplace workflows across 200+ commodities and 2,000+ mandis.
- Engineered the Agent and Broker apps from 0→1 — real-time area analytics, demographic insights, comparable-sales filtering, and bulk commodity trading with automated brokerage-fee calculation
- Delivered 15+ production features across trader discovery, commodity trading, orders, payments, invoices, bookkeeping and market prices covering 200+ commodities and 2,000+ mandis
- Improved transaction validation and trading flows, contributing to ~25% fewer user-error support tickets
- Integrated AWS S3, SNS, and AppSync for secure media storage, push notifications, and real-time data sync, collaborating on scalable role-based APIs
